Precision Renovations SF, LLC was established in January of 2017. Owner Zachary Lucio decided to create a team of highly skilled individuals that he had worked with throughout the past years working in the field as a skilled installer and overseeing Business Development for other company’s and GC’s prior. Precision Renovations SF works directly with contractors and homeowners providing our skilled employees and tradesman that work day in and day out to deliver a quality product; skilled carpenters, master painters, tile installers, drywall and framing experts, wood, laminate and vinyl floor specialists. Precision Renovations SF, specializes in full kitchens, baths, and flooring. We also provide design services and work directly with GC’s and designers to help bring our clients visions to life.
About Zachary Lucio
Zachary Lucio has been involved in the construction industry for most of his life, primarily focusing on finish remodeling in Fairfield County CT, and Westchester/Eastchester in NY. During his childhood, he spent entire summers and weekends assisting his father with kitchen cabinetry, tiling bathrooms, and painting.
After completing college, Zachary relocated to Florida to follow in his father’s footsteps in a prosperous market. He initially worked with contractors, providing assistance with high-end installations and finish work. Subsequently, he assumed the role of business development and project management, from estimating to closing projects and signing contracts, to overseeing the projects’ completion.
After three years, Zachary and his colleague, Dany, made the decision to start their own business. This has allowed them to have greater control over the quality and communication of their process, with the aim of delivering a high-quality product and exceptional customer service. The company, Precision Renovations SF, is committed to providing their clients with the best possible experience.
