Precision Renovations SF, LLC was established in January of 2017. Owner Zachary Lucio decided to create a team of highly skilled individuals that he had worked with throughout the past years working in the field as a skilled installer and overseeing Business Development for other company’s and GC’s prior.

I have been in the industry most of my life doing finish remodeling in Fairfield County CT, and Westchester/Eastchester in NY. Growing up I spent entire summers since 13 yo and weekends working with my father working on Kitchen cabinetry, tiling bathrooms, and painting. This was the majority of the work we conducted.
